ACTRIMS badge required for access.
No food & beverage service is available at this location.
Meeting duration is limited to 25 or 50 minutes only.
Basic setup includes Monitor and Wi‑Fi.
Room Restrictions: Room B1 is for Medical Meetings ONLY. Room B3 is for Commercial Meetings ONLY.

Getting to Your Meeting Space
Directions to the Genentech Business Suite at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina:
The Genentech Business Suite is located in the Pacific Ballroom on Level K21 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Please look for the Genentech signage and check-in desk just outside the business suite. An ACTRIMS badge is required for entry into this space.
Meeting rooms available:
B1 (8 people) - Medical Meetings ONLY
B2 (10 people)
B3 (8 people) - Commercial Meetings ONLY
B4 (6 people)
Meetings with HCPs: iHCP and Post Event Reporting
- Hosts must complete all necessary pre-event iHCP documentation & post-event reporting for international attendees.
- Post-event reporting in GSSP for US HCPs can be handled by Creative Group. Contact Tammy Gilbert Cardona: [email protected]. Fees based on Genentech preferred vendor rate card.
