The 2026 ACTRIMS Forum will take place from February 5 to February 7, 2026, in San Diego, California. Genentech has secured meeting space at multiple locations to support meetings with customers and healthcare professionals (HCPs):
  • Genentech Booth – Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina – Pacific Ballroom #23
    • B1 – Capacity: 8 people (Medical Meetings ONLY)
    • B2 – Capacity: 10 people
    • B3 – Capacity: 8 people
    • B4 – Capacity: 6 people (Commercial Meetings ONLY)

IMPORTANT: Meeting rooms should be prioritized for engagements with customers and HCPs. All spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Meeting durations are limited to 25 minutes and 50 minutes only. ACTRIMS badge required for access.

Getting to Your Meeting Space

Directions to the Genentech Exhibit Booth at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina:

The Genentech Exhibit Booth is located in Pacific Ballroom #23 on the First Floor (Ground Level) at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Please look for the Genentech signage and check-in desk just outside the exhibit booth. An ACTRIMS badge is required for entry into this space.

Meetings with HCPs: iHCP and Post Event Reporting

  • Hosts must complete all necessary pre-event iHCP documentation & post-event reporting for international attendees.
  • Post-event reporting in GSSP for US HCPs can be handled by Creative Group. Contact Tammy Gilbert Cardona: [email protected]. Fees based on Genentech preferred vendor rate card.
